Purchasing or
Estimating items on our web site should be simple and easy.
1. Find the items you want - be sure to select the appropriate backset,
finish, handing, optional knob/lever, etc. for each item you want.
2. If you want to delete an item from your shopping cart / estimate request, View Cart
/ View Estimate and press the "Remove" button.
3. Be sure to check out our keying services, matching hinges and cabinet hardware, etc.
before pressing the "Checkout" button on the shopping cart window.
4. Press the "Checkout" Button when ready to process shipping and payment information.
5. You have several payment options. You may continue your purchase
online by arranging payment through PayPal. We accept Credit Cards, Electronic Check
and Existing Balance payments through PayPal. If
you have not created an account with PayPal, you will be required to provide
all the necessary information to process your order and payment. We
also accept Credit Card transactions via Fax or Telephone.
6. Once we receive notification of payment, we will process the order immediately.
You will receive a confirmation email of your order and payment for your records.
7. We will ship all item(s) on your order at the same time. If there is a delay,
you will be notified as soon as the delay is recognized. Most item(s) are
shipped using UPS or FedEx Ground from Grants Pass, Oregon. Typically we can have most
items to any US address within three weeks of the order date.
